The receiving waters are impaired for sediments and dewatering effluent would be subject to turbidity benchmark monitoring requirements under Part III.B.4 of the 20-CP. Please review the 20-CP (Part II.A.9) ‘Deadlines for Coverage’ regarding new SWPPP triggering activities and additional operators - all operators must obtain 20-CP permit coverage prior to earth disturbing activities. Any construction activity pollution control measures or monitoring requirements required by MDE LMA or DNR WHS must be included with the SWPPP.
