Subscriber Services

Subscriber services for UCC Online are offered and managed through a subscription account with the Tyler Maryland division of NICUSA, Inc., Maryland's eGovernment service provider, a third party working under a contract administered by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT). The annual subscription fee of $95.00 is billed to your monthly account when your NICUSA, Inc. Subscriber Registration Agreement is received and approved and will appear on your first month's invoice. The $95.00 annual registration includes the following benefits:

• Conduct all online government services 24/7 with the convenience of billing to one account each month, eliminating the need to enter credit card and billing information for each transaction.
• The annual NICUSA, Inc. subscription fee allows account holders to access any of the Maryland.gov subscriber services.
• 24/7 Maryland.gov customer/technical support by phone, email, or live chat.

You may register online; however, your registration will not be approved until we receive your completed subscriber agreement. The signed agreement may be faxed to 800-861-0218 or emailed to mdsubscriptions@tylertech.com. If you are an existing subscriber account holder for another NICUSA, Inc. service, you will need your current account number when you register to link the two accounts.
