This electronic government service includes a 3% service/convenience fee for payments processed through this application. This fee is assessed by NICUSA, Inc., Maryland's eGovernment service provider, a third party working under a contract administered by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT). The service fee is used to develop, maintain, and expand the online service offerings of the state and is non-refundable. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
- The maximum transaction for a Credit Card purchase within the State of Maryland is $5,000.00. Transactions exceeding this value will require payment by Money Order/Cashier's Check. Only one for of payment may be used per transaction.
- As an eGov Sales best practice, the Credit Card billing address will be required to match the Bidder Account address on the GovDeals Buyers & Seller's Certificate and Registration Profile,
