• 10-14 business days for requests for offline documents that are more than 20 years old

Annual Reports/Personal Property Tax Returns

• 3-5 business days for receipt of Annual Report for an entity that is not forfeited to update status to Good Standing
• 7-10 business days for Business Personal Property assessments for entities with no or minimal personal property that have previously filed online
• Up to 90 days for complex Business Personal Property assessments or first-time online filers
